By far, This is my fav procedure to do. It’s simple, extremely effective, the least invasive of approaches, and the least expensive (aside from doing nothing).

IMO, using TOX to treat the lower face is a good starting point esp for first timers. This method is by no means a face or neck lift. There’s no filler, lasers or ultrasound waves involved, its just plain and simple neurotoxin placed in the right depth, at the precise anatomical location, using a sufficient dose of medication.

We need the muscles of our lower face to work appropriately as there’s no such thing as “I want it FROZEN”. However, it’s justifiably appropriate to weaken these muscles, to halt a lifetime of consistent downward pull of the muscles. By doing so, the midface muscles (cheeks) have to work harder to compensate for the lower face taking a vacation, which in turn “lifts”. The midface appears more volumized and helps under eye hollows. Let’s keep it real here, the “lift” experienced is nominal 0.5--1.5mm (compared to 6-7-8mm with surgery) but in most patients it is enough to produce very visible results.
